About the Role

As a Recruitment Officer, you'll support end-to-end recruitment processes across the University, working closely with Hiring Managers, Recruitment Advisors, and the Employment Services Team. You'll play a key role in ensuring recruitment activities are delivered efficiently and professionally.
This role is ideal for someone transitioning from a customer-facing or administrative background (e.g. retail, hospitality, reception) into a People and Culture environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and publish job advertisements
- Collate and distribute candidate applications
- Respond to recruitment queries via phone and email
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS and CRM systems
- Support interview panels and recruitment documentation
- Employment Agreement management, including Compliance Check administration
- Hire In new starter processing
- Assist with relocation support for preferred candidates
About You

- Confidence using automated systems and HR software (e.g. Workday)
