We’re seeking an Human Experience Operations Administrator to join our team in Colombia. In this role you’ll be responsible for regional administrative tasks across LatAm as well as more general HX work for our teams spread across the world. You’ll support Loka’s day-to-day operations in HX-related matters, manage inventories, budget and logistics and develop and execute remote and in-person events. Ultimately we expect that you will not just fit in with our HX crew but help elevate it to new heights.

The Role
- Act as the point of contact between the LatAm team and global operations for process alignment and reporting.
- Process and file expenses for accounting, payroll and reimbursements according to regional procedures.
- Manage contracts and payments to vendors and consultants, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Coordinate with suppliers on ongoing services including quotes, agreements, invoices and payments to ensure smooth operations across LatAm.
- Provide day-to-day support to LatAm employees on HR processes, payments, reimbursements, travel and regional logistics.
- Maintain and update regional and operational policies in alignment with global standards.
- Every other Friday off (26 extra days off a year)

- 3+ years of experience with administrative, region management or payroll
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR/HX, Accounting or Business Administration
- Located in Colombia
- English fluency. Being a global team, we work entirely in English for meetings, customer calls and business communications.
