Job Description


This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer in Latin America.

As a Graphic Designer, you will create visually compelling and high-performing assets that drive brand engagement and support digital marketing efforts. You will work closely with a creative team to design Meta ad creatives, occasional brand visuals, and site assets while maintaining brand consistency. This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, results-driven environment where creativity, attention to detail, and efficiency are highly valued. You will have the chance to experiment with innovative design approaches, including AI-assisted workflows, and help shape the visual identity of a premium direct-to-consumer accessory brand.

Accountabilities

  • Design high-impact static ads for Meta based on creative briefs
  • Produce multiple ad variations, experimenting with layout, typography, and composition to optimize performance
  • Execute light photo editing and adapt designs for different placements
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs and deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team using project management tools like Asana
  • Support website assets or product launch visuals as needed
  • Stay updated on new design tools and AI-assisted workflows to enhance creativity and efficiency


Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce or paid media
  • Proven portfolio showcasing high-performing ad creatives
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, composition, and design principles
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: experience using AI design tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT for ideation
  • Candidates must be based in LATAM countries and able to work remotely within that region
