Job Description


About this Position In this role, you will craft and develop brand identities, packaging systems, and communication assets for our inhouse brands like Persil, Loctite, Schwarzkopf, and many more. Based in Bratislava, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful, consistent design that supports global marketing objectives.

What You´ll Do

  • Create high-quality brand, packaging, and communication materials, from concept to execution.
  • Develop scalable brand toolkits and packaging architectures (range logic, variants, hierarchy).
  • Adapt brand systems into campaign assets such as key visuals, POS/BTL materials, OOH, and sales collaterals.
  • Collaborate with Artwork/Pre-press, 3D/Motion, Content, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Present ideas confidently, gather feedback, and manage design process while maintaining brand alignment.

What makes you a good fit

  • At least 3 years of experience with brand and packaging design, preferably in FMCG.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing strategic brand systems, packaging hierarchy, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); Figma is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of print production requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate marketing goals into strategic design solutions.
  • Organized, proactive, and collaborative, practiced at leading reviews, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Fluent in English.

Minimum salary: 2000 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
