Senior Product Manager (Technical)

📍 Location: Fully Remote

💵 Rate: $55–$62/hr on W-2 (No C2C)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of complex enterprise-grade software solutions. This role combines technical fluency, business insight, and customer empathy to drive innovative, scalable, and high-impact products that support large, multi-brand ecosystems.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at balancing competing priorities, and can effectively translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the full product lifecycle—from discovery and planning through execution, delivery, and post-launch optimization.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, and operations teams to design scalable platforms supporting multiple business lines or brands.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among user experience, technical constraints, and business impact.

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Translate high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps, detailed requirements, and release plans.
  • Write and maintain clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
  • Partner closely with technical leads to define scope, manage dependencies, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Track KPIs and analytics to measure success, identify improvement areas, and drive iterative development.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the key liaison between cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment across business, technology, and operations.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Communicate product vision and updates effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support go-to-market planning with enablement, documentation, and training materials.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Leverage user research, data analytics, and feedback loops to identify customer needs and inform roadmap decisions.
  • Balance enterprise-specific requirements with platform scalability and maintainability.
  • Stay current on market trends and emerging technologies to inform product direction.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in enterprise SaaS, platform technology, or B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple product areas simultaneously in cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business terms.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact, user-centric enterprise products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or technical degree preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with complex integrations, APIs, or platform architecture.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools for KPI measurement.
  • Ability to lead workshops, requirement sessions, and design sprints.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
