About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst (Thai speaker) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business units and development teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, solutions are effectively designed, and products meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and Analyze Requirements: Receive and analyze development/improvement requests from business units; advise on the most effective implementation options.
- Design and Specify Solutions: Collaborate with development teams to design solutions; create detailed, clear, and technologically feasible specifications for developers.
- Documentation and Guidance: Write business process documentation; assist in drafting user guides for end-users.
- Product Monitoring & Optimization: Oversee product lifecycle for timely issue resolution and improvements; coordinate testing with business units and QC to ensure requirements are met.
- Support and Collaboration: Conduct product training for the other teams; participate in projects, technology risk management, and process development as assigned.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage in effective communication with clients, project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders. Ensure their needs are understood and met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years plus of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT Outsourcing Company.
- Experience working with eCommerce, Gaming, Finance, Fintech Project is a plus.
- Familiarity with requirements engineering and stakeholder analysis.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business structures and processes modeling.
- Familiar with product development processes using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, and related supporting tools is a significant advantage.
- Good understanding of UI/UX (web and mobile) and the website development process.
- Good communication in English is a plus.
