About the Role

  • Collaborate with team leads to understand role requirements and cultural fit
  • Monitor campaign analytics and continuously refine strategies for optimal reach

What We're Looking For?

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
  • Strong copywriting ability and familiarity with SEO/keyword optimisation
  • Confidence working with digital tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, ATS, etc.)
  • A keen eye for branding, detail, and the ability to create compelling narratives
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently with purpose
  • A strong interest in personal growth, mindset development, and leadership
