Your mission: Drive change 🎯

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us organize and efficiently drive product and service work within the team.

How You’ll Shape Success 🏆

• Manage product development within the team
• Improve development processes
• Communicate closely with teams: developers, analysts, DevOps, QA, and others
• Work with technical leads to define requirements and assign tasks
• Track deadlines and ensure quality delivery
• Manage the backlog and set task priorities
• Run projects and processes in Jira
  
  

What Makes You The Perfect Fit 🤝

• Experience in IT project management
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies, and understanding of DevOps and ITIL principles
• Confident use of Jira and Confluence{}
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams
• Ability to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and turn agreements into clear tasks
• Quick to grasp new technologies, products, and tools
• Able to understand technical discussions and speak the same language as engineers
  
  

It’ll also be an advantage if:

• General understanding of trading and technical analysis
• Broad knowledge of the IT field and a genuine interest in technology
• You have experience with finance and trading, or knowledge of the industry.
