Do you want to work in digital marketing and build a career in one of Europe’s most vibrant capitals? Our client is looking for German-speaking Digital Marketing Specialists to join their team in Lisbon!
Join a multilingual team as a Digital Marketing expert focusing on campaign optimization and supporting client success across leading global projects. Enjoy hybrid work with 2 days in the office, fixed working hours from Monday to Friday, a €1750 net relocation bonus and up to 3000 € Signing Bonus to help you arrange the first steps.
What will you do?
- Implement optimization solutions and build campaigns for high-value advertising clients
- Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
- Analyze account and campaign level data to support strategies
- Create performance reports for optimization strategies
- Apply optimization techniques across Search, GSN, Mobile, and YouTube
- Identify opportunities to help sales teams enhance client discussions
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies
- Deliver excellent customer service to account leads
- Contribute to operational improvements with innovation and intuition
Candidate profile
- Highly proficient in German (C1+ / C2) and English (B2/C1)
- At least 1 year of experience working with Google Ads
- AdWords Search Fundamentals certification (preferred)
- B2B experience and familiarity with digital marketing tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Strong independent and team collaboration skills
- Technologically savvy and adaptable
- Committed to excellence in customer service
Employer offers
- Permanent contract with 6 months probation

- 23.000 € base salary + €3240,- language bonus
- 2500-3000 € Signing Bonus possible
- 1750 € net relocation bonus (paid out one week after starting) + administrative support
- Meal allowance (7.63 € net per working day, minimum 152,6 € a month net or more)
