Hi 👋 Eleven Eleven is partnering with an extremely successful F2P Mobile Game Studio with popular original IPs under their name. They are looking for a Project Management Office Director who will grow and improve the operations excellence of their practices.

They are looking for a PMO Director who:

• Will contribute to the implementation of co-development mandates with collaborating studios, communicate the mandate to the teams, make any necessary adjustments and ensure compliance throughout the production process
• Develop standards and guidelines to ensure a smooth technical collaboration between lead and associate studios
• Efficiently communicate with the associate studios to inform them of the project direction (top-down) and inform supervisors of relevant information pertaining to the work team (bottom-up);
• Ensure the reporting of the project/portfolio data, development metrics (e.g. PNL) & benchmarks, and contribute providing insightful reporting
• Understand financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting and elaborate reports and actions based upon that.
• Successful administration of Project Delivery framework, as updated from time to time.
• Acts as facilitator for the Product Owner and Team in their quest to meet customers expectations - removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments
• Guides and coaches both the Scrum Team and the Development team on how to get the most out of self-organization and fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks

Qualifications and Key Skills:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience (e.g. project management, PMO support, business analysis)
• Highly motivated and with demonstrable leadership attributes
• Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills
• Extremely diligent and attentive to details
• Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting desired
