Position Details

• Position: Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site, hybrid options may apply)

Main Responsibilities

• Optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns for international clients.
• Analyze data and campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with account managers to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1–C2) — mandatory.
• English level: minimum B2 — required for internal communication.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Google Ads campaign management — mandatory.
• Strong analytical mindset and results-driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: €23,000
