About the Role:

We’re looking for a Director of D2C Ecommerce to lead the launch and scale of our direct-to-consumer ecommerce business. This is a full-time leadership role focused on building a high-growth channel from the ground up, including paid acquisition, retention marketing, site development, analytics, and team building. You’ll work closely with the executive team to define strategy, execute on growth plans, and build a high-performing D2C engine that complements our Amazon success. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, data-driven, and has successfully scaled D2C revenue from early stages to 7-8 figures.


This is a Full-Time remote role.


We are looking for a Director of D2C Ecommerce specifically with these requirements:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • 5-10+ years in D2C ecommerce, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success scaling a D2C brand from launch to 7-8+ figures.
  • Deep expertise in paid media: Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube.
  • Strong background in email/SMS, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRO and ecommerce site optimization.
  • Built and managed full D2C tech stacks (CRM, ESPs, analytics, CRO tools).
  • Data-driven with a strong grasp of CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, and forecasting.
  • Experience with high-volume consumer brands (Amazon familiarity a plus).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative, hands-on approach.


Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

  • Owning and executing the company’s end-to-end D2C growth strategy.
  • Defining KPIs and building systems to track and report performance.
  • Collaborating with the C-suite to align D2C efforts with our Amazon operations.
  • Leading the development, optimization, and scaling of our ecommerce website.
  • Managing all paid and organic acquisition channels to drive scalable growth.
  • Overseeing email and SMS marketing to improve retention and LTV.
  • Leading creative testing and campaign messaging for key audience segments.
  • Forecasting and optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV on a regular basis.
  • Hiring and managing a cross-functional team and coordinating with external agencies.
  • Running continuous tests across the funnel, from landing pages to checkout.
  • Identifying new growth levers and presenting strategic insights to leadership.
