Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Relocation support available)

Work Cycle: 5 Days per week

Department: Guidance and Control


About the Role:

We are seeking talented and motivated engineers at multiple levels, Engineer II, Senior Engineer, and Principal Engineer, to join our Guidance and Control Department.


You’ll contribute to the design, development, and testing of advanced guided weapon systems, working on cutting-edge modelling, simulation, and control technologies that define next-generation precision systems.


Depending on your experience level, you will:

  • Engineer II: Focus on executing design and simulation tasks under guidance.
  • Senior Engineer: Lead specific design areas and mentor junior engineers.
  • Principal Engineer: Provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and establish capabilities across the department.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Guidance & Control algorithms for flight systems.
  • Conduct 6-DoF simulations, Software/Processor-in-the-Loop (SIL/PIL) testing, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation.
  • Participate in mission planning, flight testing, and post-flight analysis.
  • Design and integrate estimation, tracking, and optimization filters.
  • Support capability establishment by building tools, models, and lab infrastructure.
  • (Principal level) Lead R&D initiatives and mentor other engineers.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Embedded Systems Engineering.
  • Experience in Guidance & Control, Simulation, or Aerospace Systems.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, control systems design, and numerical modelling.
  • Understanding of dynamics and kinematics of guided systems.


Experience Levels:

  • Engineer II: 4–6 years experience
  • Senior Engineer: 6–10 years experience
  • Principal Engineer: 10–15+ years experience, with proven leadership
