Role and Company Overview:
We are hiring an Amazon PPC and Marketplace Growth Specialist to drive e-commerce revenue across Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, and other marketplaces. This is a hands-on role that blends advertising strategy with execution, listing optimization, and operational marketplace support.
Our client is a fast-growing Texas-based flooring company selling direct-to-consumer in the U.S. They’re expanding aggressively across multiple channels and looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and executes reliably. You will join a small, focused, fully remote team working U.S. hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Conduct keyword research, adjust bid strategies, lower ACoS, track performance, and scale profitable campaigns.
- Create and optimize product listings, A+ content, and storefront visuals; maintain clean parent/child variations.
- Analyze marketplace data to identify growth opportunities and improve product visibility.
- Troubleshoot marketplace issues (suppressed listings, stranded inventory, catalog errors).
- Maintain well-organized product data, spreadsheets, and marketplace information.
- Collaborate with creative, logistics, and marketing teams on promotions and content changes.
- Support multi-channel expansion and cross-listing on Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc.
- (Experience with ChannelAdvisor, Zentail, or Feedonomics is a plus.)
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing Amazon storefronts with a focus on PPC strategy and execution.
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central (Vendor Central is a plus).
- Skilled in keyword research, ACoS reduction, campaign reporting, and full-funnel advertising strategies.
- Experience optimizing SEO for marketplace listings and resolving catalog issues.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets ability for tracking performance and product data.
- Clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and ownership mindset.
