  • Own the annual review of Third Party Risk Management policies, procedures and other relevant documentation
  • Experience in Cyber Security Risk Assessments to support designing and implementing a process to send communications for CVE’s/zero-day vulnerabilities.
  • Must have: Experience with compliance frameworks such HITRUST, NIST, ISO, and COBIT, as well as SOC 1/2 reports
  • Must have: 5+ years of demonstratable experience in TPRM, preferably in a regulated industry


Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and implement new workflows and process improvements within the TPRM program, ensuring alignment with internal requirements and business objectives.

Participate in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment of new features or integrations for ProcessUnity, Workday, and other Third Party risk platforms. Ensure enhancements support program goals and drive operational efficiency.

Develop, maintain, and deliver dashboards, ad hoc reports, and program-level metrics to senior management and risk committees. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), risk tiering distributions, issue management trends, SLA compliance rates, and other metrics to demonstrate program effectiveness and support continuous improvement.

Support enhancements to ProcessUnity notifications, reporting templates, and workflow configurations

Drive the annual review of Third Party Risk Management policies, procedures and other relevant documentation.

Support designing and implementing a process to triage incident notifications involving third parties and determine if further action is needed.

Troubleshoot and work with ProcessUnity to resolve minor system glitches or escalate to ProcessUnity support when needed.

Support designing and implementing a process to send communications for CVE’s/zero-day vulnerabilities.

Experience

Working knowledge of ProcessUnity, Workday Strategic Sourcing, SupplyWisdom and orchestration tools

Ability to produce high quality presentations that support Senior leader conversations

Knowledge of TPRM program processes, metrics, KRIs and KPIs

Nice to have

Cyber Security Experience

Third Party risk assessment experience

Knowledge of Procurement orchestration tools such as Zip, Omnea, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with compliance frameworks such HITRUST, NIST, ISO, and COBIT

Experience with SOC 1/2 reports

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Typically 3 – 5 years of experience in Vendor/Third-Party Risk Management

Advanced knowledge of ProcessUnity

Experience with Risk Intelligence platforms such as Supply Wisdom and Black Kite

Experience designing and implementing new TPRM processes and assessment methodologies

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $82.00/hr.
