You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and operators to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions that support organizational growth and strategic objectives. The role requires both operational focus to improve existing processes and strategic vision to modernize systems for the future. You will be responsible for driving product decisions, defining metrics, and making informed recommendations for pivots or iterations. This position offers significant autonomy, cross-functional leadership opportunities, and the chance to influence core data workflows impacting learners and partners. Remote work is supported, with periodic in-person engagement for collaboration and stakeholder management.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for catalog and calendar data from learning partners, from discovery through delivery
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to establish a vision for data exchange that aligns with broader organizational goals while addressing partner-specific needs
  • Serve as a key advocate for the Learning Marketplace, influencing processes with internal teams and external partners
  • Design, monitor, and optimize product performance, making data-informed decisions and recommendations for iteration or pivoting
  • Lead initiatives to simplify and de-risk existing operational processes while planning modernization of catalog tools and workflows
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with responsibility for end-to-end product development and lifecycle management
  • Strong ability to work with ambiguity, navigate complex problem spaces, and iterate quickly
  • Experience designing and scaling operational processes into robust, user-focused products
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Passion for the mission and a working knowledge of the education and future-of-work sectors
  • Willingness to travel periodically for in-person collaboration with teams and partners

Benefits

  • Competitive total compensation package, including base salary of $150,000 - $195,000 and stock options
  • Fully remote work flexibility with opportunities for in-person engagement
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and wellness support
  • Generous paid time off and family-friendly leave policies
  • Tuition assistance and professional development resources to support career growth
  • Inclusive, high-performance culture focused on employee growth and collaboration
