Job Description
VP / Head of Marketing
📍 Remote (West Coast preferred) | 💰 $180K–$200K base + bonus + equity potential
🚀 About the Company
Our client is a profitable, high-growth SaaS company backed by a global PE firm behind Shopify, Monday.com, Wix, Fanatics, and Databricks, where they co-led a $1B Series K investment this year.
They’re entering a new chapter - evolving from founder-led growth to a scalable, brand-driven go-to-market motion. Their platform powers a mission-critical segment of the healthcare ecosystem, helping modernize operations through cloud, data, and automation.
🎯 The Role
We’re searching for a hands-on marketing leader to build and own the company’s marketing function — setting strategy, standing up infrastructure, and driving measurable growth.
This is a true 0→1 opportunity: reporting directly to the CEO and partnering with the CRO to refine messaging, enhance brand presence, and launch integrated programs that drive awareness and pipeline.
💡 What You’ll Do
- Build the company’s first integrated marketing function across brand, product, and demand.
- Define market positioning, competitive differentiation, and GTM strategy.
- Stand up scalable marketing ops and CRM automation (HubSpot).
- Partner closely with Sales and Product to align growth goals and storytelling.
- Develop campaigns and content that strengthen visibility and credibility.
🧩 What We’re Looking For
- 6-10 years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with exposure to healthcare tech, EMR, or workflow platforms.
- Strong product marketing foundation with hands-on operational or demand-gen experience.
- Proven ability to build from the ground up — both strategic and execution-driven.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
- West Coast preferred (Los Angeles ideal); fully remote flexibility.
If you’re a builder ready to lead strategy and execution for a next-chapter SaaS brand, we’d love to connect.
