Job Description

Join Blossom!

We are a growing ecosystem of fully integrated digital banking solutions, designed by and for credit unions. We are seeking a proactive Product Owner Analyst (English level B1+ required) to join our team. If you are passionate about product development, agile methodologies, and bridging the gap between business and technology, this is your opportunity.

About The Job

We’re looking for a motivated professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in product management and/or functional roles in technology projects. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end development of digital products, working closely with business and technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, designing and mapping business processes, and translating them into clear user stories within an agile framework. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to identify and report risks or issues, ensure alignment with IT process management standards, and play an active role in Scrum ceremonies.

This position requires someone who is both analytical and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership across the entire product lifecycle — from discovery and design to delivery and continuous improvement.

Preferred profiles include professionals with backgrounds in business administration, accounting, or related fields, who can easily move between business logic and technical discussions.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in product management or as a Business Analyst
  • Experience participating in technology projects from the functional or process side
  • Experience gathering requirements and mapping business processes
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (especially Scrum)
  • Strong knowledge in designing and managing user stories
  • Ability to identify and report risks and issues effectively
  • Understanding of IT service management processes
  • Solid grasp of technical concepts (what an API is, how an endpoint works, and related fundamentals)
  • English level B1+ or higher

Perks

  • 100% Remote Work – Work from anywhere
  • Growth Opportunities – Advance into more senior product roles
  • Multicultural Environment – Collaborate with a global and diverse team
  • Continuous Learning – Access to training, mentorship, and upskilling
