Job Description


Our client is a major player in supply chain technology and logistics, powering returns for some of the UK’s biggest retailers. Their software ensures a seamless process for parcel returns, from digital handling to physical collection.


The Role:

We’re looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) to perform a comprehensive health check across all systems, ensuring stability, upgrading where necessary and preventing any disruptions.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a full health check of existing database systems

Identify and implement upgrades or fixes to prevent downtime

Ensure optimal performance and security across platforms

Collaborate with UK and offshore teams


Requirements:

7+ years proven DBA experience (SQL Server preferred)

Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills

Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines

Logistics or supply chain experience highly desirable


Contract Details:

Contract length - 3 months

Daily rate - £475 (Outside IR35)

Fully remote (except initial onsite visit in Leeds)
