Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner to support one of our healthcare clients. This will be a 6-month contract with potential extensions/possibility of hire. This will be sitting fully remote in one of the following approved states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, North Carolina, and Virginia
Must Haves:
-4+ years as a Product Owner in a health plan or healthcare space
-Agile environment experience
-Needs to have experience working with a digital team
-Needs to have the ability to take in business requirements, translate them to the team,
-Ideally experience supporting chat bots, mobile apps, websites, or even AI components for apps/websites
-Experience with production support OR health plan benefits (there is one opening to support the production support team and one opening to support the benefits team)
Day to day:
-Document and translate business requirements from capabilities into features and user stories.
-Capture, analyze, organize, and prioritize the product backlog, including features, user stories and acceptance criteria for complex initiatives.
-Will be either working with the production support team or the health plan benefits team supporting the digital member platform.
-Ensure the product aligns with the team's needs.
-Collaborate with a cross-functional team of project managers, business analysts, developers, testers, and others to develop and execute against Product Roadmaps and Release Plans.
-Provide explanations and information to Agile teams, stakeholders, managers.
