Marketing Operations Specialist – Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally, supporting digital advertising campaigns and helping ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external media partners.


What You’ll Do

β€’ Manage marketing projects and campaigns to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic goals

β€’ Collaborate with internal marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns across multiple platforms (social, display, and video)

β€’ Act as the central liaison between internal stakeholders and external media agencies

β€’ Coordinate workflows, track project progress, and ensure deliverables meet brand standards and deadlines

β€’ Communicate campaign updates, milestones, and performance insights to internal partners

β€’ Utilize project management tools (Adobe Workfront, Asana, or similar) to organize timelines and deliverables


Ideal Candidate

βœ” 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or digital marketing coordination

βœ” Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based project management tools

βœ” Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

βœ” Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

βœ” Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once

βœ” Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

βœ” Experience collaborating with agencies or within the financial services industry is a plus
