For one of our global partners – a leading multinational organization in the FMCG sector – we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Senior BI Developer to join their Data & Insights Services team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable BI solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the business
- Build efficient ETL processes, data models, and advanced Power BI reports and dashboards
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the data lifecycle
- Lead end-to-end BI projects – from requirements gathering and design to deployment and continuous improvement
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize existing BI processes and systems
- Mentor junior BI developers and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Work closely with stakeholders from different departments – including Finance, IT, and Supply Chain – to understand business needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in BI development, preferably within a multinational or shared service environment
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and solid knowledge of SQL
- Experience designing and implementing data models, ETL workflows, and reporting solutions
- Excellent understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher)
Nice to have:
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, version control systems (Git), or Business Warehouse
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
