Job Description


This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer in India.

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to create engaging, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experiences. This role focuses on designing across customer-facing and employee-facing platforms, leveraging research, prototyping, and iterative design processes to drive user engagement and business results. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and brand stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions that align with business goals and enhance user satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment with distributed teams, shaping the future of digital experiences on a large scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and iterate on user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Create low and high-fidelity prototypes, interactive designs, and click-through experiences for user testing and stakeholder review
  • Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into actionable design improvements
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to implement designs and maintain consistency across digital platforms
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring reusable components and accessibility standards are upheld
  • Present design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and insights to refine designs
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality and innovation


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design, interaction design, and digital product design, including user research and usability testing
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, InVision, or Marvel
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in agile project teams and distributed global teams
  • Certification in UI/UX Design, Human-Centered Design, or Interaction Design is highly preferred
