We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Martech) to lead high-impact marketing technology initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will manage multiple project teams responsible for deploying CRM, data, and loyalty solutions, ensuring successful delivery of programs on time, within scope, and on budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop roadmaps, mitigate risks, and maintain close communication with stakeholders to maximize client value. Accountabilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple Martech project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate resources efficiently
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project stability and continuity
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, and provide regular project reporting
- Promote Agile methodologies and best practices within project teams to enhance delivery efficiency
- Optimize project processes and workflows to improve outcomes and overall program performance
- Contribute to sales and discovery activities, helping define scope, timelines, and resource needs
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in enterprise-grade projects or client engagements
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of accountability and ownership
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex program issues
- Experience working in Agile environments with proficiency in Agile principles, frameworks, and tools such as JIRA
- Client-facing experience with strong English communication skills (C1 level)
- Previous experience in Martech, data, CRM, loyalty platforms, or machine learning is highly desirable
