Job Description
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Media Buyer/Influencer Manager in India to join a growing international iGaming project.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge and at least 1 year of experience in Media Buying.
- Hands-on experience with YouTube (must-have), Telegram, and Instagram as advertising or influencer marketing channels.
- Experience in the Indian market in similar positions is an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Willingness to learn, sense of responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sports betting, entertainment, or other high-risk industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Scouting: Identify and evaluate potential YouTube and social media creators (sports, lifestyle, tech, entertainment) relevant to the brand.
- Outreach & Collaboration: Initiate contact, pitch collaborations, negotiate deals, and manage creator relationships and agreements.
- Campaign Management: Prepare creative briefs, review content, coordinate timelines, and ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance (views, clicks, FTDs), analyze results, calculate ROI, and report to the Marketing Manager.
- Admin & Payments: Maintain influencer database, manage contracts, and ensure timely payments upon campaign completion.
