Job Description


The Activation & Integration Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the successful implementation of our product, the rater8 Visibility Engine, for new and existing clients. This role ensures that the solution is implemented efficiently, meets client requirements, and delivers an excellent customer experience throughout the process.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of technical onboarding projects, from sales-handoff to post-launch technical support
  • Work closely with client IT contact(s) to scope out and install interfaces for the appropriate Practice Management system/Electronic Health Record
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with internal teams (Sales, Client Success, Support, and Development) to uphold consistency and achieve shared goals
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding project status
  • Develop and deliver client training sessions, user guides, and documentation
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions promptly
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practice documentation

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience), preferred
  • 1-4 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, project coordination, or customer success
  • Strong understanding of software implementation and/or system integration processes
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Windows, Zendesk, SQL, Postman

Compensation

  • The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and years of relevant experience
