Job Description


LHH is currently recruiting an Event Marketing Manager for a permanent opportunity with our remote client. In this highly visible and strategic role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of tradeshow and in-person event programs. This position is 100% remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. Please note: this role does require travel for tradeshows, conferences, and in-person events.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Lead planning, logistics, and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and in-person events, ensuring seamless attendee experiences and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to define event objectives and measure ROI.
  • Negotiate with vendors, manage budgets, and oversee event timelines to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Own post-event analysis and reporting, leveraging data to inform future event strategy and improve performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in event marketing; SaaS industry experience highly preferred.
  • Proven track record managing tradeshows and in-person events from strategy through execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
  • Proficiency with event management software, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for event execution.
