Job Description


We are looking for Product Ops Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Operational Efficiency: Streamline product workflows and processes to enhance overall operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze data to generate actionable insights that drive product enhancements and improve performance metrics.
  • Support Product Development: Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to ensure seamless product development, rollout, and post-launch support.
  • Enhance User Experience: Continuously monitor and improve the user experience by addressing issues and implementing feedback from riders, drivers, and internal teams.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (e.g., customer support, operations, marketing) to align product operations with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Educational and Professional Background: BA/BS in a relevant field with 3-5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or operations roles, preferably within the tech or mobility industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Tableau).
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to optimize operations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate these into actionable product requirements and improvements.
