Job Description


Our client, an innovative AI construction firm operating across Hong Kong and APAC, is expanding and currently seeking a Head of HR & Administration to lead their growing team.


Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Lead and implement organization design, including functional structures, procedures, and management systems.
  • Drive change management initiatives, focusing on internal communications and system transformation.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams aligned with commercial goals and business unit needs.
  • Oversee HR operations, including HRIS implementation, data migration, and process optimization.

Regional HR Management

  • Manage overseas HR functions including compensation, benefits, and recruitment across APAC.
  • Collaborate with business units in Singapore and Mainland China to align HR strategies with operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations across regions.

Talent & Culture

  • Define roles and responsibilities (R&R) to support rapid scaling.
  • Foster a collaborative and communicative work culture that aligns with company values.
  • Champion employee engagement and retention strategies.

Administrative & Office Support

  • Oversee daily office operations across multiple locations.
  • Manage new office setup, including logistics, rental agreements, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of administrative systems and support services.
  • Lead office relocation and expansion projects in other APAC regions


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally in a fast-scaling organization.
  • Strong background in organization design, change management, and HR systems.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and data migration projects.
  • Solid understanding of overseas HR operations, especially in APAC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and bond well with cross-functional team
