Profile Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a marketing or digital agency setting, with strong exposure to women’s fashion or lifestyle products.
- Proven experience designing and executing email marketing campaigns, including layout creation, responsive design, and image optimization for various email platforms.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and experience developing cohesive visual identities across print and digital channels.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva, with the ability to efficiently produce high-quality visuals.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to discuss design strategy and ideas collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to take creative direction, contribute original ideas, and provide thoughtful visual solutions that align with project goals.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset with the flexibility to work across teams and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining creative excellence.
- Proven experience designing email campaigns
- Excellent eye for layout, colour, and composition - and an understanding of visual storytelling for female audiences.
- Basic understanding of Shopify and social media image specs, email sizing, and file optimization.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Core responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver visually engaging assets for a variety of digital platforms, with a strong focus on email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Create image-driven website assets, ensuring visuals are optimized for performance, accessibility, and consistency with brand identity.
- Support branding initiatives by designing logos, visual guidelines, and templates that strengthen the company’s visual presence across all channels.
- Edit, retouch, and enhance images from photoshoots to produce high-quality visuals for use in campaigns, websites, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with business objectives.
- Translate marketing and campaign strategies into compelling, on-brand visual designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workloads and ensuring timely delivery of assets without compromising on quality.
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring all creative materials meet internal standards and reinforce the company’s visual identity.
- Email Design (template and bespoke): Design and build engaging layouts for Klaviyo email campaigns (including mobile-first templates). Create campaign and automation visuals that drive clicks and conversions.
- Website & Campaign Assets: Design homepage banners, collection imagery, and promotional graphics for Shopify. Ensure all assets are optimized for web speed, responsiveness, and consistency.
- Content & Photoshoots: Edit, crop, and enhance photos from model shoots for use across the website, social media, and paid ads. Maintain visual consistency (lighting, colour, typography, tone).
- Brand Consistency: Apply and evolve the Salty Crush look and feel across all creative. Maintain templates, visual guidelines, and reusable assets.
