About The Role

As a key member of Atticus’ creative marketing team, the Graphic Designer will work closely with the Head of Creative to develop compelling visual content that enhances our marketing efforts. This role involves transforming creative briefs into original designs for various digital channels, including paid social ads, landing pages, and email campaigns. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in designing visually engaging marketing assets that resonate with our target audience and drive user acquisition. Collaboration with Product and Growth Marketing teams is essential to create cohesive landing page and ad combinations that improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and support scalable content-driven acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of design aesthetics, innovative thinking, and a passion for social impact.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of full-time experience as a graphic or digital designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing and growth assets
  • Excellent taste and keen eye for visual detail
  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Experience designing for digital platforms, including social media, email, and web

Nice To Have

  • Experience with video editing and animation
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and A/B testing

Responsibilities

  • Transform creative briefs into original, high-quality visual content for paid social ads
  • Design and develop engaging marketing emails that align with brand standards
  • Collaborate with Product and Growth Marketing teams to create landing page and ad combinations that optimize ROAS
  • Maintain consistency in visual branding across all marketing channels
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques
  • Assist in developing creative assets for campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for marketing strategies
