Role Overview

The Sr. IT Support Analyst Integration will be responsible for managing and supporting custom API solutions, API platform management, and system integrations. The role demands a strong background in MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, and hands-on experience with integration, monitoring, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex issues related to MuleSoft integrations, including diagnosing and troubleshooting system and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.
  • Manage integrations with other systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Deliver expert end-user support, troubleshooting issues promptly to maintain uptime and performance.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the reliability, stability, and performance of integration systems, focusing on end-user experience and availability.
  • Proactively identify and remediate potential issues to minimize operational impact.
  • Participate in major incident response and root cause analysis; implement preventive measures and permanent fixes.
  • Manage daily incident resolution, conduct system health checks, and collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders for issue resolution.
  • Assist in deployments and ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices for the integration support team.

Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft and Azure Integration Services (AIS)

Deep understanding of REST APIs, SSO, LDAP, and integration with platforms like Salesforce

Proficiency in Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring system health and analyzing incidents

Programming/Scripting

Familiarity with Python for automation and support tasks
