GrowthAssistant is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to join our remote team.
This role is perfect for marketing professionals who are passionate about healthcare and wellness content and want to make a meaningful impact in the space.
You’ll work directly with our podcast host to execute marketing strategies, manage social media presence, and drive audience growth.
Compensation & Perks
Salary Range: Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements

Bonuses:
- $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonus
- Anniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)

What You’ll Do
1) Social Media Management
- Create and publish engaging content across Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
- Develop and export audio/video clips from podcast episodes using Riverside
- Schedule and manage content calendars across all social platforms
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an active online community
- Write SEO-optimized blog posts summarizing podcast episodes
2) Administrative Support
- Monitor and compile monthly podcast analytics reports
- Manage the podcast inbox and respond to listener inquiries
- Handle inbound sponsorship inquiries using provided templates
- Coordinate sponsorship sales and maintain sponsor relationships
3) Growth Marketing
- Execute growth initiatives as directed by the podcast host
- Reach out to similar podcasts for episode swaps and collaborations
- Submit the podcast to press opportunities and media outlets
- Research and implement new marketing strategies using provided templates
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of digital marketing or social media management experience
- Proven track record managing content for Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Strong written English communication skills
- Tech-savvy with a passion for learning new tools and platforms
- Experience with content creation and basic graphic design
- Self-motivated and highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Available to work EST business hours
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Nice to Have
- Experience in the podcasting industry
- Background in healthcare or wellness content
- Familiarity with podcast analytics and growth strategies
- Basic video editing skills
