We're hiring a Social Media Analyst to be the voice of Axur across our digital channels, translating complex technical topics into engaging and inspiring content that connects our brand with the right audiences, consistently and aligned with our identity. This role is ideal for an excellent writer who thrives in digital communication and can autonomously manage content strategy and production. You'll be part of a collaborative Brand and Marketing team, focusing on planning, creating, and analyzing high-impact social media initiatives. A typical workday might include:
- Plan, produce, and publish content for Axur's social networks (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp Communities, and other channels);
- Create, organize, and maintain the editorial calendar up-to-date;
- Derive content from e-books, reports, and technical materials into suitable formats for social media;
- Collaborate with Design, Branding, and Product Marketing teams, ensuring message consistency and visual identity;
- Support the dissemination and deployment of blog content on social networks;
- Monitor trends (formats, themes, and language) and propose creative tests compatible with the brand's positioning;
- Manage comments and messages on social networks with a brand-appropriate tone (not as support, but as an extension of institutional communication);
- Analyze results and propose optimizations based on performance metrics;
- Demonstrate excellent writing skills and mastery of tone adaptation for different channels — from institutional to technical storytelling
Indispensable Requirements:
- Previous experience in social media content management and production;
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal);
- Native or highly fluent Portuguese (written and verbal);
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy to manage the calendar and deliveries consistently
- Familiarity with Figma;
- Spanish language skills;
- Experience in SaaS, B2B environments, or cybersecurity companies;
- Notions of SEO and AEO (to integrate social and blog strategies);
- Knowledge of simple video editing tools
