Job Description
The Marketing and Communications Department at our client is searching for a talented and enthusiastic Designer who can help implement the client's brand across our system and inject fresh perspective to bring our stories to life.
This is a contract position and is full time (40 hours per week) until December 31, 2026.
The client is open to 100% remote candidates willing to work EST hours.
The Designer will join the Brand and Creative team and report to the Associate Creative Director. They will execute on a variety of design projects and be responsible for ensuring consistency with the brand, adherence to style guides and a high-quality standard of work. The ability to collaborate with stakeholders, both independently and as part of a team, is critical.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute creative work
- Build, develop, and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the Creative team, develop designs for all channels including the website, print, emails, social, mobile, video, etc.
- Support marketing creative executions based on creative strategies
- Be a resourceful, collaborative team player with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bring innovative and fresh perspective in our design function consistent with the client's dedication to innovation in patient care and medical discovery
- Manage and track multiple projects simultaneously
- Other duties as needed or required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional design experience
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, and visual storytelling demonstrated in portfolio with strong examples across print, web, mobile, social, video, and other media
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge in print production
- Strong visual judgment in photography selection, ensuring imagery aligns with brand tone
- Ability to receive and respond to constructive feedback
- Excellent visual, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to create designs consistent with brand standards and marketing objectives
- Proven experience delivering projects on time
- Experience working in Adobe Workfront, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is a plus
- Experience with motion graphics, animations, or other digital media assets is a plus
