Who are we looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in marketing analytics and predictive modeling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and a solid understanding of statistical and causal inference methods. You’ll work closely with marketing, data, and business teams to deliver actionable insights that drive marketing effectiveness and ROI.


Your role and responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and maintain Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Design and conduct predictive models and statistical analyses using Python or R.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
  • Experiment with different types of datasets, applying causal inference and A/B testing to assess marketing impact and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across analyses and reports.



What we expect from you:


  • 5+ years of commercial experience in Data Science.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Demonstrated experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or similar marketing analytics techniques.
  • Solid understanding of statistical design, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
  • Experience running A/B tests and analyzing experimental data.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Eagerness to learn and constantly improve yourself
  • Proactive attitude and great sense of responsibility
  • Good command of written/spoken English (B2 and above)
