Job Title: Advertising Campaign Manager 5 (Digital Marketing In-Product Campaign Manager)
Candidate Location Requirements: Fully Remote (Domestic U.S. sourcing) – candidates must work standard PST core hours.
Daily Schedule & OT Estimate: 40 hours/week, potential overtime once or twice per year during busy events.
Contract Duration: 10 Months (Possible extension up to 18 months)
Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team:
The purpose of this team is to manage marketing campaigns for a large gaming organization across all endpoints including console, mobile, PC, and the cloud. The team oversees end-product campaigns, collaborating with game and event partners, tracking campaign performance, developing creative assets, messaging, target audience definitions, and campaign deployment.
Key Projects:
This role will contribute to marketing campaigns for a large gaming subscription service. The Campaign Manager will work closely with marketers for this service on acquisition and retention of subscribers by developing campaign plans and creating in-depth campaign decks in collaboration with design teams.
They will route campaign decks into actionable tasks for production teams through Azure DevOps, and support partner management through various meetings, including several with large external partners. While the role will not focus heavily on strategy, candidates with an open mindset and willingness to adapt to a constantly evolving business environment may find opportunities for strategic growth in the future.
Candidate Requirements
- Years of Experience Required: 8+ overall years of experience in the field.
- Degrees or Certifications Required: A college degree is required, preferably in a related field such as Marketing.
- Disqualifiers: Candidates with typos or misspelled words in their résumé will not be considered, as the role is heavily detail-oriented.
- Best vs. Average:
- Ideal candidates will have significant experience in ad trafficking or paid ads management.
- Previous experience managing web campaigns, websites, or A/B testing is a strong plus.
- A passion for gaming is highly desirable, as the role involves marketing for a variety of games.

This is a time of transformation for our console and digital marketing organization. As a key leader within the Digital Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Campaign Manager will lead game subscription campaigns across In-Product surfaces including console, PC, and mobile experiences.
In this role, you will partner closely with Product Marketing on the strategy and execution of campaigns focused on driving game subscription sign-ups, upgrades, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities include roadmap, audience, and priority alignment, as well as providing cross-functional guidance to members of the wider Digital Marketing organization overseeing customer experience, design, campaign execution, operations, experimentation, and analytics.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Digital Marketing campaigns for In-Product game subscriptions across all endpoints. Recommend new campaign ideas, define audience strategy, and establish ongoing testing plans.
- Drive continuous testing, measurement, and campaign optimization in partnership with Senior Marketing Content Leads, Analytics, and Data Science teams.
- Iterate creative ideas to push acquisition and engagement with core audiences across In-Product surfaces.
- Develop a consistent playbook for communicating campaign and creative executions with stakeholders across Digital Marketing and with 1st/3rd-party partner teams.
- Contribute to the development of Digital Marketing go-to-market (GTM) plans, including sharing creative executions and reporting on campaign performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years in product marketing, product management, paid media, digital merchandising, campaign management, or advertising.
- Strong understanding of developing digital campaigns with continuous iteration to drive improved performance.

- Familiarity with subscription, entertainment, or technology businesses.
