About the Role
This is a newly created leadership opportunity for a hands-on, strategic analytics professional who thrives at the intersection of data, marketing, and partnership growth. You'll take ownership of the affiliate marketing analytics function - leading efforts to measure performance, optimize partnerships, and scale monetization strategies across a diverse portfolio of affiliate partners.
As a player-coach, you'll guide and support a talented team of analysts while staying close to the data yourself. Collaboration is key in this role - you'll work closely with marketing, partnerships, and finance leaders to uncover insights, shape strategy, and tell the story behind the numbers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both leading and doing, balancing strategic vision with a practical, hands-on approach.
Lead end-to-end analytics for the affiliate marketing channel, driving visibility into partner performance, conversion, and ROI.
Build and maintain dashboards and BI tools to support confident, data-driven decisions.
Develop and refine funnel metrics and monetization models to strengthen partner acquisition and performance.
Collaborate with affiliate and partnership teams to improve lead quality, payout structures, and campaign strategy.
Design and interpret incrementality models to evaluate the true impact of affiliate traffic.
Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership, including marketing executives and the C-suite.
Mentor and empower a small team of analysts while remaining hands-on with complex analysis.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Data Engineering to ensure reliable data pipelines, forecasting accuracy, and effective spend allocation.
8+ years in marketing analytics, with at least 3 years focused on affiliate or partnership analytics.
3+ years of experience managing and developing analytical talent.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Sigma preferred; Tableau, Looker, or Power BI also great).
Proven ability to turn data into clear insights that inform both strategy and execution.
Experience managing large-scale affiliate programs or partnerships (70+ partners).
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments and enjoys collaborating across teams to solve complex challenges.
