As our Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the client servicing team to set and attain digital marketing objectives. You'll be instrumental in measuring campaign success and ensuring that our online presence aligns seamlessly with industry best practices.

What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and brand awareness.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of SEO, including on-page and technical SEO, to enhance website rankings and visibility.
- Utilize analytics tools to analyze website and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in digital marketing platforms to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media presence and campaigns, engaging with the audience and driving social media growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to execute digital campaigns seamlessly.
- Optimize website content and user experience to improve conversion rates and overall online performance.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation, addressing any issues promptly and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing, recommending and implementing new strategies and tools as appropriate.
- Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
- 6+ years of proven experience in successfully developing and executing campaigns
- Preferably female
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, but you don’t get stopped by the details
- Extremely flexible and adaptable
- Great with moving parts and multiple balls in the air. Doesn’t drop the ball
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Notice errors, glitches, and things that may fall through the cracks
- Hands-on experience with basic digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SemRush or Ahrefs, and WordPress
- Hands-on experience on Slack and Basecamp
Remote Status: Fully Remote
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST
Salary: USD 1200 to USD 2000 per month
