Job Title: Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Work Location: 100% Remote (Candidate must be residing in anywhere in Ontario)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our remote team. Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced recruiter with a background in IT and Engineering staffing. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing and engaging top talent while also contributing to client relationship management and business development efforts.


Key Responsibilities


Recruiting & Sourcing

  • Source and engage qualified candidates using tools such as LinkedIn RPS, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay current with industry and market trends to identify emerging talent pools.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and recruitment trackers.


Sales & Account Management

  • Assist in managing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with leadership on client engagement and delivery strategies.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through talent market insights and lead generation.


Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Proven success in hiring for both contract and full-time (direct hire) roles.
  • Experience with B2B client interaction or account management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with various North American employment classifications (e.g., W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099, T4, T4A, Open Work Permits, etc.).
  • Knowledge of international hiring practices (India, LATAM) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with various LATAM employment classifications (CLT, PJ, LCT, LFT, Código de Trabajo etc).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset and minimal need for supervision.
