Job Title: CRM Manager

Location: Brisbane (relocation package available for candidates based elsewhere in Australia)


We’re looking for a data-driven CRM Manager to take ownership of customer retention and engagement, driving loyalty and lifetime value across our global audience. This role will focus on using insight, automation and creativity to build meaningful customer relationships through email, SMS, push notifications and loyalty programs. For the right candidate, a relocation package is available to support a move to Brisbane.

What you’ll do

• Develop and deliver a customer-first CRM strategy focused on engagement, retention and loyalty

• Use data insights to plan and execute personalised campaigns across email, SMS, push and loyalty channels

• Manage CRM tools and integrations including Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics and Triple Whale

• Lead lifecycle marketing, segmentation, automation and re-engagement programs

• Refine and grow the brand’s loyalty program to strengthen repeat purchasing behaviour

• Analyse campaign performance and customer trends to optimise activity and reporting

• Partner with marketing, eCommerce and retail teams to ensure CRM supports wider commercial goals

• Uphold data privacy and compliance best practices across all CRM activity


What you’ll bring

• 3-5+ years of experience in CRM, customer retention, or loyalty marketing, ideally within retail or eCommerce

• Proficiency in CRM and automation platforms (ideally Klaviyo)

• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of segmentation and campaign performance metrics

• Experience running A/B testing, automation workflows and personalised campaigns

• Background in loyalty program development or retention marketing

• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
