About The Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Advisor who loves solving problems, building relationships, and creating meaningful impact.
This role bridges Sales, Operations, and Training — ensuring our customers receive timely solutions, support, and clear communication across teams.

What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for enterprise customers — guiding them through onboarding, training, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Research teams to troubleshoot and follow through on client requests
- Analyze challenges, propose practical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication
- Manage customer relationships with professionalism, empathy, and accountability
- Track and document all touchpoints and outcomes in CRM and internal systems
- Work with internal departments to improve process efficiency and ensure smooth collaboration
- 1-5 years of customer-facing or coordination experience
- Strong communicator and natural problem-solver
