As a Consumer Insights Analyst, you’ll play a key role in uncovering what consumers think, feel, and do across their journey. You’ll translate business needs into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decisions and shaping consumer-centric strategies.
- Lead the generation and management of 360° consumer insights (quantitative and qualitative), in close collaboration with stakeholders from Customer Experience, Brand Marketing & Content, Media Brand & Experience, Portfolio & Channels, and Commercial Operations
- Conduct advanced analyses to enhance customer experience and deliver strategic recommendations
- Translate complex consumer data into clear commercial actions and present findings to key stakeholders
- Drive excellence in analytics, including digital data analysis and predictive modeling
- Act as a subject matter expert in consumer research and analytics
- Design and deliver “data products” to support faster, smarter business decisions
- Perform real-time analyses to generate insights for Commercial, Channel, and cross-functional teams
- University degree in Psychology, Statistics, Market Research, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Market Research, Insights & Analytics, Data Science, or a similar role
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with IT, Digital, CRM, and senior leadership
- Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., in-depth interviews, segmentation, brand equity, conjoint analysis, price sensitivity, concept testing)
- Proficiency in tools such as Python, Power BI, DAX, QlikView, and Tableau
- Skilled in data storytelling — connecting, interpreting, and presenting data to drive actionable insights
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical outcomes
- Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
