About The Role
We are seeking a talented and concept-driven Creative Copywriter specializing in social media, ad copy, and digital content to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, compelling, and on-brand copy across multiple channels, including social media platforms, paid advertisements, email campaigns, web, and print materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to translate marketing strategies into engaging stories that motivate audiences to action. Comfort working with AI tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams—such as digital, creative, and account management—is essential to ensure cohesive messaging aligned with campaign goals and target personas. Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency setting.
- Proven success in developing copy for paid and organic social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Experience creating compelling content for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email marketing, and landing pages.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility, strategic insight, and audience-specific messaging.
- Experience in the building, construction, or product industries is a plus.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both short- and long-form formats.
- Ability to adapt tone and voice to different industries, brands, and target audiences.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and buyer journey optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Sprout Social, HubSpot, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to handle multiple deadlines efficiently.

- Edit and refine copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and performance optimization, balancing creativity with conversion goals.
- Collaborate with account, digital, and creative teams to generate innovative campaign ideas, narratives, taglines, and core messaging.
- Partner with designers and strategists to ensure visual and textual elements work harmoniously to amplify campaign impact.
- Work closely with media and strategy teams to tailor copy according to funnel stages, audience personas, and performance targets.
- Leverage AI tools within the creative process to enhance efficiency and ideation.
- Analyze engagement and performance data to refine messaging strategies and improve campaign results.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copy and headlines across platforms to optimize performance.
- Integrate SEO, social media, and advertising best practices into all content creation efforts.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, articulating creative rationale and campaign strategies effectively.
