Role Objective
Support and drive the smooth execution of training and development programs, ensuring strong engagement, professional delivery, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage training operations end-to-end, from scheduling to follow-up.
- Liaise with trainers, participants, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Track program impact through feedback and reporting, suggesting improvements.
- Refine and design training materials with strong visuals and layout.
- Maintain learning records and support digital training platforms.
Key Qualities & Skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable in execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Curious about OD, eager to learn and grow in the field.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite; LMS experience a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese.
Preferred Background
- More than 2years’ experience in HR, training, or event operations.
- Bachelor’s degree, any major (HR, Education, Communications a plus).
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with flexibility during events.
