Job Description
A fast-growing SaaS organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead strategic initiatives across a multi-product portfolio generating over $290M in annual revenue. This executive-level role will shape global go-to-market strategies, drive product positioning, and guide cross-functional alignment to accelerate growth in both enterprise and high-velocity segments.
This is a remote position, but candidates MUST reside in the Eastern Time Zone to align with team operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies across two major software platforms, balancing enterprise sales cycles with scalable digital growth models.
- Collaborate with demand generation, partner marketing, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts meet pipeline and revenue goals.
- Create compelling messaging frameworks tailored to diverse buyer personas—from technical users to senior decision-makers—ensuring consistency across channels and regions.
- Define market segmentation strategies and align them with customer behaviors, product usage, and sales approaches.
- Build and mentor a globally distributed product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric thinking.
- Oversee product launches and feature rollouts, designing repeatable processes that support both rapid iteration and deep enterprise engagement.
- Partner with product leadership to influence roadmap decisions using market intelligence, customer feedback, and data analysis.
- Maintain competitive intelligence programs to monitor industry trends, emerging players, and shifting market dynamics.
- Develop sales enablement tools, training programs, and playbooks that improve conversion rates and support global sales teams.
- Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies, optimizing for both enterprise-grade solutions and product-led growth models.
- Craft a unified product story that connects features to business outcomes and market trends.
- Establish and track KPIs for product marketing performance, including adoption, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
- Represent the voice of the market in strategic planning discussions with executive leadership.
What You Bring:
- 15+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with at least 7 years in leadership roles managing global teams.
- Proven success in SaaS environments, especially with portfolios exceeding $100M in annual recurring revenue.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, customer segmentation, and value-based messaging.
- Experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives and collaborating with product, sales, and executive teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present and influence at the executive level.
- Analytical mindset with experience working alongside finance and business intelligence teams to measure impact.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
