THE ROLE: YOUR IMPACT & OWNERSHIP
As our Search Engine Advertising Manager, you’ll take the lead in shaping and scaling our SEA campaigns across Europe. You will turn data into insights, insights into action, and action into measurable growth.
You’ll be a central figure, working closely with our Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams to develop, optimize, and expand high-performing campaigns that help thousands of people book their next outdoor adventure.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own & Optimize Campaigns: Manage and optimize SEA campaigns across Google & Microsoft Bing, ensuring best practices in account structure, keyword strategy, bidding, and ad copy. 📈
- Drive Strategy & Testing: Develop new strategies, own testing roadmaps, and scale what works to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Analyze Performance: Build performance reports and present key findings by monitoring critical metrics like CTR, Conversion Rate, CPA, ROAS, and overall Contribution Margin efficiency.
- Creative Execution: Develop engaging creative concepts, and plan and execute retargeting campaigns, optimizing for re-engagement and conversion lift.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure alignment across channels and maximize overall ROI.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEA / performance marketing in eCommerce or travel/tourism marketplace with some exposure to SaaS style retention thinking.
- Mindset: A strong analytical mindset, a passion for growth, and a proactive, organized, and collaborative approach.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Looker Data Studio (or similar visualization tools), and Google Analytics.
- Creative Edge: A strong creative mindset; experience or knowledge of additional channels such as social media, display, or video advertising is a plus.
- Innovation: Experience or interest in AI automations and ad scripting. 🤖❤️
- Communication: Fluency (C1) in English is required, proficiency in any additional European language is a significant plus. 🗣️
