About the Client

Our client is a global, mission-driven technology company with tens of millions of users worldwide. They’re at a critical inflection point - scaling their product experience, accelerating growth, and deepening engagement.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager in the team, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of features that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization for a product that touches tens (or even hundreds) of millions of users. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to scale the user base, optimize engagement, and surface new growth levers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the vision and growth strategy for your product area, aligning with business goals and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation through design, development, release, experimentation, iteration, and optimization.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights (user research, funnel analytics, A/B tests) to identify friction points, growth opportunities, and define success metrics/KPIs.
  • Partner with UX/design and engineering teams to deliver delightful and intuitive experiences that engage users, encourage habit formation, and maximize value.
  • Drive experimentation and continuous improvement: set hypotheses, run tests, analyze results, and scale what works.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, data, analytics, and business teams to ensure growth initiatives are effectively integrated and measurable.

About You

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of driving product-led growth in a consumer-facing, data-driven product.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset: comfortable leveraging user behavior data, funnel metrics, experimentation, and statistical analysis to inform decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and deliver a product roadmap and achieve results in a fast-moving environment.
  • A passion for building delightful user experiences and improving key business metrics through product innovation.

Why Join

  • Opportunity to join a high-impact team where your work directly influences millions of users and the business growth.
