We are looking for multi-skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Creative Director.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about driving creative strategies and execution across performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading the creation of high-converting ad creatives, managing a creative team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
The salary range is $1,500 USD to $ 3,000 USD per month, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority.
Candidates from other Latin American countries may be considered. Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered.
The role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative strategy and execution for all performance marketing campaigns.
- Write direct response sales copy for ad headlines, video scripts, graphic ads, etc.
- Script compelling video ads optimized for platforms like YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
- Source, find, hire, and work with UGC creators to build an in-house UGC creation team for ad filming.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Google VEO 3, MidJourney, ChatGPT) to create, prototype, and scale ad creatives efficiently.
- Collaborate with media buyers, funnel strategists, UGC creators, and clients to continuously improve ad performance.
- Provide art direction for designers and video editors; bonus points if you can edit video or graphic design yourself.
- Manage and mentor a small creative team and UGC creators to ensure alignment with brand tone, campaign goals, and ROI targets.
- Track performance metrics and iterate based on real-time campaign data.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in creative leadership within direct-response marketing, performance marketing, or info/lead gen businesses.
- A killer sales copywriting portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of psychological triggers, offers, and funnel optimization.
- Expert-level understanding of direct-response marketing principles.
- Demonstrable skill in scripting video ads that engage and convert, and writing for UGC creators to act out your scripts.
- Familiarity and experience using AI creative tools like Google VEO 3, MidJourney, ChatGPT, etc.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Bonus: Hands-on video editing skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
Additionally, we’ll make sure to screen for applicants who:
- Have worked on high-ticket digital offers (webinars, call booking funnels, lead gen funnels).
- Are familiar with platforms and tools like Hyros, ClickFunnels, and GoHigh Level.
- Know and follow industry figures like Russell Brunson, Grant Cardone, Rudy Mawer, and Tai Lopez.
- Can provide a portfolio that includes direct-response Facebook ad creatives (not eCommerce or branding ads).
