At Exness, we’re building an in-house agency-level creative team—a powerhouse of storytellers, designers, and innovators shaping global campaigns. We’re looking for a seasoned Art Director with a strong background in advertising, campaign ideation, video spots and digital advertising who can elevate our creative output across all channels.

As an Art Director, you’ll lead the design and execution of global marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, driving creative vision from concept to delivery. You’ll work hands-on in campaign ideation, ensure the highest visual standards, and help build a team that rivals the best agency setups.


You will:

  • Lead full campaign design cycles across platforms:
  • Landing pages, banners, email creatives, push notifications
  • App Store & Google Play assets
  • Video spots and social content
  • Out-of-home (OOH) materials and more
  • Drive campaign ideation and conceptual storytelling, not just execution.
  • Leverage in-house 3D design and Motion skills to create striking, immersive visuals.
  • Adapt and scale master assets across diverse channels and markets.
  • Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence in all outputs.
  • Conduct competitor research and trend scouting to keep campaigns fresh.
  • Participate in A/B testing, analyze results, and refine creative strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test new creative formats.
  • Manage relationships with external design vendors when required.


What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience designing digital assets and visual ideas (storyboards, moodboards) for international campaigns.
  • Proven experience in creative agencies with global accounts.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign ideation, video spots, and diverse design work.
  • Track record of leading creative projects for major brands from concept to launch.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing and performance-driven design.
  • Skilled in pitching and presenting ideas to senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Experience across global markets (ASIA, LATAM, MENA) is highly valued.
  • Proficient in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus, not a must.
  • Strong organizational skills—able to juggle deadlines without compromising quality.
